Versatile Arts has three spaces that are available for rental for rehearsals or private events. Anyone using the aerial equipment must be approved by management and have signed a liability waiver. All renters must read the Studio Renter’s Handbook and sign the rental agreement.
If you are renting space for us for your own training or rehearsal, the rates are as shown for each space below. If you are using our space to teach private lessons, the charge is 20% of your rate for the lesson ($15/hour/point minimum). For workshops, the rate is 20% of your income from the workshop if you handle registration, or 25% if we do.

The Cathedral is our main aerial space and is great for private parties, with or without aerial performance/instruction. Why not consider a group trapeze lesson for your next birthday party or office morale event? You bring the food and drink, we provide the fabulous ambiance and aerial excellence. The Cathedral is also available for aerial rehearsals for $75/hour if you require exclusive use of the space. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all prime-time, exclusive rentals. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your prime-time rental, you will be expected to pay for the full rental. Prime-time is from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all other exclusive rentals. All participants must fill out a release form and user agreement. The Ballroom is our dance studio, with approximately 650 sq ft of bamboo flooring and a wall of mirrors. This room includes two aerial points at 18′, for static or low-flying use only. Rehearsal rental rate for this space is $30/hr for exclusive use of the space or $15/hour if you can share the space with at least one other renter; for classes and workshops, the rate is 25% of the tuition for the class. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all prime-time, exclusive rentals. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your prime-time rental, you will be expected to pay for the full rental. Prime-time is from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all other exclusive rentals. All users must submit a rental agreement.

The Blue Room is an open area with approximately 500 sq ft of padded tumbling floor, great for acro practice or aerial rehearsals that don’t require the height of the Cathedral. Aerial points are available at 17′ and 13′ in this space. This room is available for $30/hr for exclusive use of the space or $15/hour if you can share the space with at least one other renter. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all prime-time, exclusive rentals. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your prime-time rental, you will be expected to pay for the full rental. Prime-time is from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all other exclusive rentals.
